‘Nashville’ Season 4 Premiere: Did Deacon Live Or Die?
Juliette’s homecoming might not be warm and fuzzy. The scene ended about as unhappily as we could imagine, as Juliette is so jaded by this time she can’t believe anyone, even Rayna, is honest. According to BuddyTV, Juliette will be performing a duet with Steven Tyler, as the two sing his hit song, Crazy.
“On the next episode of ABC’s NASHVILLE titled “‘Til the Pain Outwears the Shame”, Juliette breaks down during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Michael”, prompting Avery’s concern. Will they pick up where they left off or just spend a few more episodes staring at each other longingly?
But when she continues her pattern of irrational and volatile behavior, she will leave Avery with a struggle of his own. What will he struggle with? Will he file for sole custody of Cadence?
According to the executive producer, Deacon’s one great love Rayna (Connie Britton) will have a hard time adjusting to the changes happening in her personal and professional life. Highway 65 Records needs a new big artist in order to be taken seriously. She’ll sign the famous musician, but with a massive ego.
Will (Chris Carmack) mopes about after coming out as gay. This is understandably enough to greatly worry her relatives: brother Deacon who sleeps in a chair next to her bed, and her estranged daughter Scarlett.
Watch this scene from the Nashville Season 4 Premiere, “Can’t Let Go,” and don’t miss Nashville WEDNESDAYS 10|9c on ABC.
Cancer-stricken Deacon (Charles Esten) underwent a liver transplant, and we were all left to wonder whether or not he would survive.
Will fans mourn the death of one of “Nashville’s” important characters when the show returns for season 4? Jade (Christina Aguilera) threw an all-night party in Malibu inviting Jeff (Oliver Hudson), Luke (Will Chase) and Layla (Aubrey Peeples), and Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) threw a rooftop concert to mark her comeback to music.
The show’s already been sold into cable syndication – the series repeats from the beginning with three episodes airing starting at 8 p.m. Saturday on AXS – and pretty soon the production cost will eclipse any upside from making more episodes so fans would do well to steel themselves for the show’s demise.
Nashville returned for a fourth season Wednesday night with the story picking up a month after last season’s cliffhanger.
