National Football League reveals Color Rush jerseys for Cowboys-Panthers Thanksgiving game
Now the National Football League is prepared to celebrate the first game broadcasted in color this Thanksgiving as they have just revealed the latest Color Rush jerseys for the Dallas Cowboys and Carolina Panthers.
Dallas’ new look for next Thursday’s contest will feature mostly white jerseys with blue sleeves, blue letters and numbers, and blue piping on the side of the trousers – a modern take on the blue and white alternate jersey. Given that a blue-on-blue matchup would be a nightmare for everyone, one of the teams will not be wearing a bold color.
“I know the players will like it”. One Twitter user went so far as to compare the unis to stale pee and a urinal cake. They won’t do anything different with their silver helmets, according to a team source.
Social media was abuzz during the first two games featuring Color Rush uniforms – the Jets-Bills game November 12 and Thursday night’s Jaguars-Titans game – and a few Cowboys fans were concerned about their team’s look.
