Telstra’s social media team has confirmed it has received a number of complaints and the company is working to resolve the issue.
Updates from the Telstra website indicate that customers in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Ryde, Annerley, South Yarra, Brunswick West, and Eastwood are experiencing issues.
