NBC’s ‘The Voice’ iTunes results: Jordan Smith, Emily Ann Roberts competing
Last week Jeffery had to sing for the Twitter save despite a stellar performance, an endorsement Tweet from Cher, and the added bonus of being in the top five on iTunes. His first performance was formidable “O Holy Night”, and he got into a groove with his latter performance “Stay” by Sugarland.
Coach Blake Shelton has twice the chances of winning since he still has Baber and Roberts in the running.
Smith’s supporters are invited to the Harlan Center, 201 South Main Street in Harlan, Ky., at 8 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
Team Blake finalists Emily Ann Roberts and Barrett Baber will team with a couple of country legends for their celebrity duets tonight: Roberts and Ricky Skaggs will sing “Country Boy”, while Baber will perform “No One Else on Earth” with Wynonna Judd.
Still, there were no disappointments from the last four standing, no slip-ups or forgotten lyrics.
Here is what the artists brought to the table Monday night.
Pharrell said, “That was flawless”.
Gwen described Jeffrey as so incredible and noted that he is the real deal.

For the non-enthusiasts, the preceding episodes and seasons of the “The Voice” mentioned that the different coaches such as (Pharrell, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine) and requested celebs have always performed with great enthusiasm that makes this show different from the others.
“Week after week she delivers these epic performances”, said Shelton in the interview.
Emily Ann Roberts of Team Blake went next for her holiday song solo and took on Elvis Presley’s “Blue Christmas” with a country flavor. As fans of the show know, if the studio version of any of the singer’s performances cracks the iTunes Top 10 – each iTunes song purchase also counts as a vote – between the end of Monday’s show, and noon on Tuesday, those votes are multiplied by 10. I can totally see her topping the country charts not only with the song, but in her future career. Whatever happens, I know I will continue to make music and lead worship wherever I go.
He is nothing like the other two male vocalists left, which may work in Barrett’s favor.
However, “The Voice” has had surprise victories before, so viewers will just have to find out for sure by tuning in to the finale. To be fair, every technically fine performance would have been passable for Knockout Rounds, or even week one of the Live Rounds, but for the finale?
This was a strong rendition with some hard notes that Jeffery nailed, but his voice is not suited for Christmas music in the way that Emily Ann’s was. But hey, who needs perfection at this stage?
