NC Democratic Party edges Republicans in fundraising; Berger, Moore help keep
Anita Dunn, a Democratic strategist and debate expert, said in an e-mail that the process got off to a later start this year because Democrats didn’t have a declared candidate until May, when Hillary Clinton announced.

With so many candidates in the races for the party nominations, every vote won in Tennessee is going to be important.
“We’re the party that believes in marriage equality”, he said.
Wasserman Schultz pointed to the party conventions as an example.
To Trump’s right on the stage will be Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, whose victories over unions in his home state created his national profile.
