This team, more than any other team we’ve seen this year – we break it down into third and medium and third and long and third and extra long – they have by far, more third and mediums than everybody we’ve seen all year. But the Hawkeyes did get it done – that’s what the good teams do.

Rose-Ivey’s return at outside linebacker could help Nebraska’s cause, although Riley said sophomore Marcus Newby has made “remarkable improvement”. IL is 5-5 on the road this season and 4-4 in Big Ten road matches. Last week against Purdue, Fisher finished with 10 tackles, a forced fumble and a pass breakup.
