New Liverpool striker Danny Ings backs ‘perfect’ Brendan Rodgers

Liverpool finished sixth in the league last season and have chosen to sign Ings as an upgrade on their current options up front, with players like Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Fabio Borini badly struggling to meet expectations, while Daniel Sturridge missed large chunks of the season through injury.
