New trailers for ‘Justice League’, ‘Wonder Woman’ and more
Warner Bros treated fans at the San Diego Comic-Con to special footage from the “Justice League” movie, where Bruce Wayne/Batman, played by Ben Affleck, tries to form a team to fight an incoming threat. Well. not exactly. Those who watched Batman v Superman know that (spoiler alert) Superman died at the end of that film so he would not be able to appear in the first Justice League movie. The studio did not make a splashy announcement about the news at its Comic-Con presentation on Saturday.
In Affleck, he’s got an “awesome Batman”, Snyder added, and Affleck likens directing his own solo Batman film to “a great play that has been done a bunch of times before”, where there’s a history for both artists and fans. A Twitter post by the organizers showed the new movie’s poster as well.
USA Today shares a couple of quotes from the moment. “This is never going to happen again”.
“It’s terrifying and inspiring and really exciting because it’s one of most iconic, fascinating characters ever created in American drama”, he said.
Later, director Zack Snyder (Man Of Steel, Batman v Superman) took to the stage to treat fans to an unexpected first trailer for his latest movie Justice League, which is due for release on November 17 next year.
A teaser for “Justice League” was also shown. The actor starred as George Reeves in 2006’s Hollywoodland, which told the story of the actor who portrayed the superhero in TV’s The Adventure of Superman.
What do you think of Ben Affleck’s portrayal of Batman so far? Now her stand alone flick is gearing up to the be the best superhero film of 2017. Pine explained, “She learns about the reality of the world, he learns more about hope and the potential positive future of mankind”.
