Newt Gingrich Believes Trump’s ‘Unacceptable’ Behavior Could Help Clinton Win The Election
Former Speaker of the House and onetime possible vice presidential choice Newt Gingrich said Wednesday that some of the things that Donald Trump has done recently have been “very self-destructive”.
“So first of all I find the word “intervention” completely out of line”, Giuliani said on the on Fox Business “Mornings with Maria” show, according to The Hill.
“It is not that different than any campaign I have ever been in, including my own, in which I made changes probably 20 times”, Giuliani said.
“I strongly endorse Senator John McCain”, Mr. Gingrich said in a video released by Mr. McCain’s campaign.
Trump has been embroiled in controversy since he criticized the family of a fallen Muslim soldier killed while serving in Iraq.
Trump has repeatedly accused McCain of not doing enough to help military veterans, even though McCain has played a key role in a series of reforms aimed at helping veterans.
Former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) on Thursday threw his support behind Sen.
According to the former presidential candidate, he meets with Trump often to discuss issues and make suggestions.

Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, seemed to break with Trump over his slight of Ryan, just as he’d done when he praised the slain Khan.
He told Fox News, “This is the first I’m hearing about that”.
The news media has ratcheted up the pressure on Trump following his GOP primary victory. He noted that Ronald Reagan had fired his campaign manager John Sears in 1980, and went on to defeat President Jimmy Carter. He declined to identify them by name. “But Republicans need to wake up and say to themselves, ‘Do I want another 4 years of Hillary Clinton?'”
