Nexus 5 leak: Benchmark shows possible specs
The G4 Pro, on the other hand, is believed to be the LG’s flagship device for the second half of 2015, considering that LG did promise to come out with a premium flagship device for the H2. The reported LG Nexus 5 will run on Snapdragon 808.
The software giant Google has not released any information about the release date of the Nexus 5 (2015); however, many leaks have revealed nearly each detail.
A new LG smartphone with the model number LG-F600L has appeared in the Geekbench benchmarks and there is a possibility that this could be the new LG Nexus smartphone that we have been hearing about.
It is thoroughly believed that only a next-gen chip could pull that off, which gives the impression that the Nexus 5 2015 might be drawing its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, which is rumored to be made available later this year. This make is quite the same as what the LG G4 already has. Word has it that it is working on the G4 Pro and the Nexus 5 (2015 edition).
Also, Jamal Eason, Product Manager of Android, said that the Android M is scheduled for this fall.
LG declined to comment on the listing when contacted by Business Insider.
Google has again called on LG, along with Huawei, to crank out a smartphone based on the search company’s latest specifications. Plus, it doesn’t come with a stylus to match Samsung’s galaxy Note series, and the screen is even larger, measuring 6inches, but it supports QHD resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels which results in a pixel density of 493ppi, and the front panel is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 against scratches.
The only difference between the two devices is that it has 4 GB of RAM. Several reports suggest that the upcoming device will have much superior features than its predecessor Nexus 5 (2013). The two models are said to up for launch in October 2015.
But as is the case with most rumors, none of them are set in stone.
