NFC Championship Game 2016: Final Score, Highlights from Cardinals vs. Panthers
Chants of “Super Bowl!”.
Owen Daniels had earlier scored two touchdowns from Manning passes either side of Steven Jackson’s one-yard run to help Denver to a 17-9 half-time lead.
The Panthers started quickly, as they did against the Seahawks. He said he got the tattoo because he was so hopeful for a Super Bowl win for his team and thought this was the year that it would happen. His team has the likely league MVP in quarterback Cam Newton and a dominating defense.

The score in the NFC championship game was 34-15, and, given the Panthers’ inability to put away opponents after taking big leads, the concern was justified. “I’m going to try and take from my experience of having been there as a player, and I will try and share some of that with some of our players once we get into the week”. The Carolina Panthers? Well, they just got there by kicking the Arizona Cardinals right in the you know where. Fans always say how talented of a team this is and given an average quarterback, they could be a Super Bowl caliber team.
The Panthers’ big win over the Cardinals wasn’t exactly expected, but it shouldn’t have come as that much of a surprise.

The Panthers defense might not be as dominant as Denver’s, but it’s no picnic to face. The Broncos have allowed an opposing team to break the 30-point mark just once this season (Pittsburgh Steelers, Week 15) and led the league rushing yards allowed per carry (3.3), net yards allowed per pass (5.1), and points allowed per drive (1.38). We came out here and fought our tails off and we did what a lot of people said we couldn’t do. The four interceptions of Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer, who also fumbled twice, and a Patrick Peterson muffed punt resulted in the most turnovers in a playoff game since the Rams forced eight turnovers in a win over the Packers in the 2001 NFC divisional playoff game.
