NFL Football Player Created Starbucks Frappucino
Lynch created the special concoction in the SBUX Lab, blending together a double mocha Frappucino with protein powder, a hint of mint and cream, topped with purple berry drizzle and finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha.
As antisocial as National Football League running back Marshawn Lynch is with the media, he sure knows how to pick his commercial endorsements.
It’s called the Beast Mode Frappuccino, and it gets its name from Seattle Seahawks player Marshawn Lynch, who helped develop the drink and whose playing style earned him the nickname “Beast Mode”. Every time someone orders a “Beast Mode Frappuccino”, $.24 will be given to the Fam 1st Family Organization, which mentors underprivileged kids.
“I’m all ’bout that”, Lynch said of the official recipe. The foundation conducts free summer football camps, hosts talent shows, collects back-to-school supplies and donates food and toys during the holidays to those in need, according to Starbucks.
The Beast Mode Frappuccino is available starting October 22 through February 29, 2016.

Starbucks hopes to donate up to $100,000 by the end of the season, and will kick it off with an initial payment of $24,000.
