NFL to address concerns of fans puzzled by uniform colours

Even Bills coach Rex Ryan, who coached the Jets the previous six seasons, said he had trouble.

Todd Bowles doesn’t think the Jets are trending downward despite the team losing three of its last four games, including a 22-17 heartbreaker to Rex Ryan and the Bills on Thursday night.

But it was frustrating to watch for people like Giarrusso, who said he can only differentiate teams by the trim of their trousers. “It’s kind of like being dumped by a few girl you had the hots for….You move on. Hey, you move on and every now and then they call you back, but they can’t get you back”.

Thursday’s win got the Bills to 5-4 on the season, and it kept them right in the thick of the race for a wild-card spot in the AFC playoffs.

“It felt weird”, said Ryan, who did not come out to the field during pregame warmups. He implied that the media’s focus on his return to MetLife Stadium would distract the team. “We have to get better every week, and I don’t think we’ve gotten better in certain areas”. “It has jacks- to do about me”.

The Jets overcame a bunch of mistakes to almost complete a rally from a 19-point deficit against the Bills. That demeanor is part of what made him so beloved those first two years with the Jets, when anything and everything seemed possible during those two trips to the AFC Championship game. We had chances during the game to make a play here and there on both sides of the ball. Rambo forced a fumble on a kickoff that Duke Williams returned 16 yards for a touchdown, forced another fumble in the third quarter on a running play, and then made his clinching interception. Williams scooted 19 yards for a 9-3 lead, but Carpenter missed the extra point wide left.

The deep ball… from everybody: The Jets went with deep balls on their first three plays, and each throw from Ryan Fitzpatrick to his target was incomplete – one to Eric Decker, one to Brandon Marshall, and one to Kenbrell Thompkins.

500 mark, Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor said it was “definitely big for us”. For one, Chris Ivory came back to life. “It’s still November. You have to win these games”. This play turned a potential game-winning drive into a learning experience for the Jets. He plans to be ready for the Jets’ game at Houston on November 22.

It remains to be seen if the Jets will regret firing Ryan. Schmidt picked it up but the Jets tackled him to take over on downs at the Buffalo 13-yard line.

The pass landed two yards away from his oblivious target. Again, Bowles went for it on fourth down.

Bowles said after the game that he didn’t regret his fourth-down decision, but that there was a mix-up on the play. The Bills scored a couple of garbage-time touchdowns to make the final score close, but the Patriots simply ran over the Bills in their own stadium.

Despite playing with torn ligaments in his thumb, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick had no problem putting his body on the line, as he was the Jets second-leading rusher with 30 yards on three carries. “We just had to keep fighting, as that’s what we did as a team”.

McCoy 159 all-purpose yards represented 57 percent of the team’s 280-yard total for the game.
