Niall Horan has a new girlfriend

Niall was snapped wrapping his arm around pretty brunette Celine Helene Vandycke and planting a tender kiss on her lips as they joined crowds at this weekend’s British Summertime Festival in Hyde Park.

A source told the same publication, “Niall never let Celine out of his sight and looked infatuated”.

The couple look elated to be in each other’s company and we can honestly say, not even golf makes Niall this happy.

“At one point Niall kissed her in front of everyone and obviously didn’t care that people were watching”, the insider added.
