Nick Carter Arrested In Bar Brawl

Witnesses told the website that police were called to the bar and then arrested the 35-year-old.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s department’s arrest log, Carter was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery – touch or strike.

Although charges for the singer haven’t been released yet, TMZ report that he was arrested at 8.13pm and booked for misdemeanour battery.

It is unclear if Carter is still in police custody.

It isn’t the first time that Carter has had legal problems.
