Nick Diaz Involved In Brawl At Las Vegas Nightclub

Diaz had been partying at the Hyde nightclub at the Belagio Resort and Casino, and at around 2.30am he headed to the restroom.

UFC welterweight star Nick Diaz was reportedly jumped by a group of men while partying at Hyde nightclub inside the Bellagio in Las Vegas on August 23.

Interesting news to be certain, as TMZ had described a insane scenario where Diaz had run into a bar patron on the way to the bathroom, adding that he didn’t want any trouble.

Diaz reportedly is fine other than taking a gash to the head during the melee, which TMZ described as “insane” and involving Bellagio employees after it escalated onto the casino floor.

A representative from the club told TMZ that Diaz was attacked after accidentally bumping into a patron when he entered a toilet just outside the venue [in the Bellagio]. Chairs were swung as casino security got involved and removed the attackers.

Now the story has been reported as false, and Diaz hasn’t spoke up with any official clarification as of yet. Diaz refused an offer to call police or pursue charges.
