No season pass in Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collector’s Edition
With that in mind, fans who managed to get their hands on one expected the bundle to also come with the Season Pass that was recently announced – granting them access to all the DLC for a mere $25.
“Final Fantasy VII Remake” will reimagine the tale of Cloud Strife, a former member of SOLDIER who joins a rebel group intending on taking down Shinra, a company that is slowly killing the planet with its excessive use of Mako energy, as well as the rogue SOLDIER known as Sephiroth. It is possible that the “Final Fantasy VII Remake” will follow a similar pattern.
This week has been pretty rough for Square Enix. The Season Pass will have to be bought separately. Its previous title, “Final Fantasy XIII”, was also released with multiple parts so the remake could also do the same. If the rumors turn out to be true, then fans may have to wait until 2018 or 2019 to complete all three rumored episodes.
An extra scene at end of the credits of Kingsglaive, the Final Fantasy XV movie tie-in, introduces viewers to the main cast of upcoming game – Noctis Lucis Caelum, Ignis Scientia, Gladiolus Amicitia, and Prompto Argentum. It may even have short or even long breaks in between of each release.
This tidbit comes via a Twitter Q&A with Final Fantasy 15 director Hajime Tabata.
Those that have been following Final Fantasy XV will quickly pickup that the end credit scene serves as a lead-in to the start of the game where the four men are found pushing the broken down vehicle along the road. Unfortunately, the developer is forced by circumstances to change its plans and delay the game’s launch until the 29th of November.
“Final Fantasy XV” director Hajime Tabata said in a statement, “I wish to personally apologize for the additional wait”.
More details on “Final Fantasy 7 Remake” will soon be revealed.
