Nokia’s Banana Phone And Its Other 3 New Devices To Check Out
Last year, HMD Global brought back the nostalgia with the announcement of the new Nokia 3310 feature phone.
The makers of Nokia-branded phones introduced four new smartphones at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on Sunday, one of which has gained significant interest among lovers of the colour yellow and The Matrix.
Gadget is working on its own Smart OS Feature, which will be able to run apps from the Nokia store.
Built with a 5.5-inch display screen, the phone now boasts a dual-camera system at the rear with a 12-megapixel primary camera and ZEISS optics, while the front-facing five-megapixel camera offers a wide-angle lens.
The new Nokia 1, which is set to have a global average price of around 70 euros, is the most affordable of HMD’s new line. Other features include Dual-SIM (Market dependent) with 4G VoLTE capability, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, USB 2.0. Nokia 8 Sirocco is a curvy model phone which is as similar to Samsung and BlackBerry in design. Well, the exact launch date of Nokia 8110 smartphone in India will be announced later on by the company and it is expected that it will launch in India after May. It is powered by a 1500 mAh battery, giving it an incredible 25 hours of standby time. The Nokia 1 will cost $85 when it goes on sale in April and is available in red or dark blue.
For now there is no phone, but Nokia’s 8110 4G will be available this May. By launching Nokia 8, it enters the market competition of making smartphones displays having no-bezel or minimum bezel space. But the most important feature, however, is a revamped version of Snake.
It’s also got a headphone jack and the hefty weight is largely down to the huge 3800mAh battery – even more than the S9+. The device is also launched under Google Android One platform. The phone has 3 GB of LPDDR4 memory and 32 GB of internal flash storage. The camera is also supplemented by AI for enhancing selfies and adding fun effects to the Bothies. The review praised the device for its impressive battery life and an affordable price tag of $490 United States dollars for something that offers a relatively premium design.
Hardware only tells part of the story though, and a huge feature of this device is the fact that it is running Android One.
