Nope, Jeb Bush’s Head Wasn’t Photoshopped Onto a Black Man’s Body
IJReview emailed Right to Rise USA for clarification, but no response has been received as of publication.
Left-leaning blog ThinkProgress.org said that the discrepancy was the result of Right to Rise photoshopping the candidate’s head onto a black man’s body.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jeb Bush’s presidential campaign made news for all the wrong reasons when a super-PAC sent mailers to 86,000 residents in Iowa.

In the original shot, Bush’s left hand is in the shadows, so when he was extracted from the photo, his left hand was indeed very dark compared to his right hand – but they’re still both his hands.
The group’s mailer is equipped with news clips from the Washington Post likening Bush to Ronald Reagan and another clip from the Weekly Standard that says he was “the most conservative” leader.
A flyer put out by the Jeb Bush-supporting SuperPAC Right to Rise USA got a little overzealous promoting the candidate’s diverse appeal this week.
The Federal Election Commission lists the Super PAC as based in Los Angeles.
So instead of asking Bush to pose next to a bridge in Iowa, or in front of a green screen, Right to Rise was forced to use an existing image.
It turns out that while the super PAC owned up to the poor workmanship, there is no vast right-wing conspiracy. That sounds like something a Super PAC should be doing, right?
