Norfolk Police Department helping raise breast cancer awareness

Breast Cancer Now’s flagship fundraiser, Wear it Pink, takes place on Friday, October 23 and Ms Hilton is encouraging her constituents to ditch the day-to-day colours and pull on some pink to raise money for the charity’s life-saving research.

Also, as a further partnership with the YKPI, Indosat’s app will be able to detect the locations of “Mammography” vans: free 24-hour mobile clinics that are able to provide breast cancer symptom identification, so that women can access their nearest service.

Statistics reveal that breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Malaysian women as more and more cases are being reported.

The Hunterdon Regional Breast Care Program and The Paint Party Studio in Flemington will present “Paint the Town Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness” on Thursday, October 22, from 6-8 p.m. The pink bales were in massive demand during silage season and the wraps sold out.

About 30 Baylor faculty, staff and their families participated in the cycling event, while Baylor’s Office of Communications and Community Outreach teamed up with the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center and Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center at Baylor to sponsor an official pit stop along the route.
