Now readingThe Last Guardian Teased For Tokyo Game Show
The Last Guardian was revealed on stage at Sony’s explosive E3 2015 press conference from earlier this year, the same legendary Sony press conference that gave us the Shenmue 3 Kickstarter and the official Final Fantasy 7 remake announcement.
Not announced as part of Sony’s line-up. The spectacular new-debut demo presented a attractive, tragic world and the two heroes we’ve been waiting for, as well as a certain sticky situation they found themselves in – but it’s time for more, and a deeper dive into what The Last Guardian is all about will prove this isn’t smoke and mirrors again.
“The Last Guardian” may be one of the most-anticipated games as of date.
And now, despite the PlayStation 4 exclusive not being on Sony’s list of confirmed titles for the Tokyo Game Show, it looks like we can expect something special from the developers. Makuhari, on the other hand, refers to the name of the convention centre wherein the Tokyo Game Show 2015 will be held.
The rumours originated from a tweet by GenDesign, a company by Fumito Ueda, who is the lead designer and director of “Ico” and the prequel of “The Last Guardian“, “Shadow of the Colossus“. The confirmation came from genDESIGN, the studio handling the development of The Last Guardian along with SCE Japan Studio.
Generally speaking, there’s no telling what genDESIGN and Sony have in mind for fans of The Last Guardian.
