The two writers and co-directors most known for their work on the upcoming film, Vacation -a continuation of the famous National Lampoon series- have officially confirmed they’ll be partnering up with Marvel to write the company’s first Spider-Man film.

Added Helms: “He uses some sort of high tech moisturizer because his skin is like flawless”.

Luckily for Ed, and the rest of us, after “Vacation” opens on July 29, the actor will continue with comedy in the all-female “Ghostbusters” reboot in 2016.

In this new “Vacation“, the production designers came up with a distinctive vehicle to ferry the Griswolds around the U.S. – much as the infamous Wagon Queen Family Truckster did for the family when Chevy Chase was in charge.

“We spent an bad lot of time in that Prancer”, joked Helms. “And I was like, “Oh crap, he’s got this”…he’s dialed in man. He is so fantastic.’ And from there he just continued to be awesome and unbelievable to watch”, Christina Applegate told Access.

In the new Vacation trailer, Ed Helms is a grown-up Rusty Griswold, who drags his family on an ill-fated road trip to Walley World. He came down and we were all clapping… “You’re like, ‘we’re going to Walley World” and then people laugh at you and you’re like, ‘but, it’s different!'”. “But how he worked that scene so completely was brilliant, and that’s why it was so hilarious from the moment he walked into our bedroom, until he flaunted his way out the door again”.
