NYC Holiday Shoppers Hit the Ground Running on Black Friday
Walmart’s Black Friday 2016 sales has not yet concluded, and the Arkansas-headquartered retailer already announced that will be producing a live stream online show for Cyber Monday 2016.
The crowd at Farmington’s Walmart Supercenter was not quite as large as in years past, but there were still plenty of shoppers on hand to take advantage of “Black Friday” sales that began at 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. “Well, we might. Smartphones and tablets have made it easier for consumers to shop from the couch, and many more of them are now doing just that.

“We leave around 4 p.m. and usually head to the Paris Walmart and start there”, she said.
The company unveiled its Cyber Monday plans which included more than 75,000 deals during the whole week to ensure that everyone can have something for themselves.
CBL also noted that by opening on Black Friday instead of Thanksgiving, its centers were filled with more “true shoppers” carrying around bags, versus teenagers simply strolling around.
Regardless, local stores are ready to accommodate the crush of holiday shoppers.
