Obama can do Iran nuclear deal even if Congress disapproves
If the Israelis can coerce the U.S. government and Congress and Senate into imposing its will, why spend millions on convincing the public how terrible the nuclear agreement is?
Ohio Democrats in Congress, including Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, has come out against the pact.
Congress could then vote to override a veto, which would require the support of two-thirds of lawmakers in each body.
Moving forward, the board pledged to continue its past work against Iran, which it said saw the creation of the advocacy group United Against A Nuclear Iran and passage of Iran divestment legislation by Illinois, Cook County and Chicago.

“We’re going to raid here, do this”, he said.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump had some harsh words for US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry in their treatment of Israel.
In an interview earlier this week, Flake said that although he’d reviewed the agreement in detail he was left with many questions, and his statement Saturday presented the issue of sanctions as a major stumbling block for him. Obama’s proposed agreement with Iran, one that will leave that unsafe theocracy on the threshold of nuclear power, has been criticized on a number of fronts. European nations have their own economic reasons to want business ties with Iran. Tester fights for Montana veterans every day in the United States Senate; he knows that the best way to honor the fallen in Iraq is to make sure we don’t have another unnecessary war. Sen. “But we do know that backing out of a deal we’ve agreed to will only embolden the hard-liners who insist that America can not be trusted”.
