Obama defends criticism of Republicans on Iran deal

But if the deal is so great, why is he the one charging to the podium to promote it, just as he did with Obamacare? Netanyahu is working to counter the agreement, which offers sanctions relief for nuclear restrictions. Since endorsing the agreement, we have received emails calling us kapos, Holocaust supporters and even Nazis.

Well, if you put it that way, sure.

“We will act in any way and are not willing to tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran”.

But in Congress that agreement ends quickly on the matter of “how” to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.

The announcement of this agreement has created a loud roar of complaint by some who opposed the negotiations while they were taking place. This in turn prompts the uncomfortable question if it’s because President Obama is a liberal or is it because he’s black?

Yet, without telling the White House, Bibi had his U.S. ambassador arrange for him to address a joint session of Congress in March – to rip up the president’s Iran nuclear deal before it was even completed.

Obama also implies that sanctions don’t work. Israel considers a nuclear Iran an “existential threat” and has vowed to foil any attempt by the Islamic Republic to attain such a capability. Israel’s allies include Obama-hating Republicans, intimidated, largely Jewish, Democratic politicians, and Bibi-supporting Jewish and Christian Zionist lobbies – none of whom have ever offered any lucid or rational alternatives, and many of them empowered by a few mega-rich and hawkish American Jews.

Forget the gutter ad hominem.

Indian-American Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, who could not make the cut for the prime time debate, said he will provide “real leadership” to America if elected president in the November 2016 elections.

Obama noted a delegation of Israeli reporters were visiting Washington this week and had met with deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes – and that he’ll “sit down with Israeli journalists and tell them my view of this and make the case of this deal, and that way engage the Israeli public“, Greg Rosenbaum, the chairman of the National Jewish Democratic Council, tells BuzzFeed News. Who more than Obama? He must attack Iran and exert as much force as is necessary to eliminate its nuclear weapon potential, including its ability to manufacture fissile material. And there is little doubt that the multi-nation partners in this proposed nuclear deal with Iran will go ahead regardless of whether Congress backs the Obama deal.
