Obama returns to Washington from vacation

Indeed, the president returned to Washington Sunday with a full schedule and confrontations with Congress that will help determine whether his summer momentum is sustained or sputters.
So the stage is set for a busy fall.
Congress is due to vote in the coming weeks on the deal aimed to prevent Tehran from obtaining nuclear weapons in exchange for sanctions relief.
