Obama’s half-brother supports Donald Trump
Malik, a longtime Democrat, said that he has “deep disappointment” in the current administration, which has now led him to recently switch to “the party of Lincoln”.
Mr Trump was quick to point out the news on Twitter, said that Mr Obama “was probably treated badly by the president – like everyone else”.
President Barack Obama in a new interview said Donald Trump’s nomination as the Republican presidential candidate “says something” about how the GOP has changed in the last decade or so. “I would like to meet him”, Malik said, praising Donald Trump.
Malik plans to trek back to the U.S. to vote for Trump in November.
Malik Obama said he was “deeply disappointed” in his brother’s foreign policy, pointing to the decision to depose Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.
Malik Obama also released a letter purportedly from his presidential relative that said Barack Obama first got into politics to “deal with some serious issues blacks face here”.
He called Gaddafi one of his best friends and dedicated his 2012 biography of Barak Obama Sr to him for “making this world a better place”.
“I still feel that getting rid of Khadafy didn’t make things any better in Libya”. These are definitely testing times for the Democrats and a huge endorsement for Donald Trump. President Obama, 54, has seven half-siblings from both sides of his family, the Post said. (The two men had the same father but different mothers.) Barack and Malik did not grow up together, as Malik was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, while Barack was born in Hawaii and lived in the United States and Indonesia. The Washington Post revealed in 2011 that the organization wasn’t state registered as it initially claimed and also had tax-exempt status from the IRS. “He wanted me to shut it down when I set it up”.
“Although it is true that we’ve seen an uptick in murders and violent crime in some cities this year, the fact of the matter is that the murder rate today, the violence rate today is far lower than it was when Ronald Reagan was president and lower than when I took office”, he said.
Wow, President Obama’s brother, Malik, just announced that he is voting for me.
In the meantime, Obama will spend time supporting his new political party, he even has a “Make America Great Again” hat.
Malik says he prefers Trump whom he says “speaks from the heart”.
