Obamas in for night after president plays golf

President Barack Obama is back at his Kailua vacation home after a morning trip to Marine Corps Base Hawaii for a workout at the gym.

And moments later, from somewhere off the edge of the 18th green, Obama sunk a 40ft chip shot which bounced and rolled and eventually dropped.

President Barack Obama hiked the Makiki Loop Trail along with family and friends at Hawaii Nature Center late Sunday morning.

If a year ago is any indication, it is the first of many golf games ahead during the president’s two-week Hawaii vacation. The White House says the president is playing golf with friends Greg Orme, Darrell Harrington and Bobby Titcomb?.
