“Ocean Commotion” Vacation Bible School will be from July 18 to 22

Ravenna Church of God is having Vacation Bible School on Monday through Friday, July 18 through 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. each night.

Calhoun County Singing Convention will be from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. July 16 at Spring Hill Baptist Church.

On July 24, the church will host a homecoming and church rally beginning at 10 a.m. The Furnace Church of Christ is located 8 miles from Stanton and 12 miles from Irvine. There will be no cover charge, but a love offering will be accepted. For more information, contact Jackie Haire at 234-5284.

The 2016 Vacation Bible School is sponsored jointly by St. Matthew Lutheran Church and Sugar Grove UMC. Please join us for an awesome Bible School. Games, Bible stories, missionary stories, songs and prizes. The Submerged theme will be part of all the activities.

The school will take place from 9 a.m.to 1 p.m. each day and includes lunch.
