Official Xbox Live Games With Gold March 2016 Announced

So that is all the games that are available for the month of March.

Microsoft has revealed the free games for the Xbox Live Gold members that are either using Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Another month, another bunch of free games thanks to Microsoft’s Games with Gold program for the Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Lords of the Fallen is a Dark Souls inspired action RPG while Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishment will see the players assuming the role of Sherlock Holmes with his co-league Dr. Watson in a murder mystery adventure.

Xbox 360 owners meanwhile will get Borderlands and Supreme Commander 2 as their free games, which are also playable on Xbox One via backwards compatibility.

You’ve still got a solid week to download what’s now available, so if you haven’t already, what are you waiting for? Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments is a game with six cases, and they are self-contained, as accomplishments in one case do not affect the others. I wonder how I’ve never even heard of it. Lords of the Fallen will also be available from the half-way point and be available deep into April as well.

A game available for players of the Xbox One is Styx: Master of Shadows. “Supreme Commander 2” is a real-time strategy game that features campaigns or battles that players must finish. Then on March 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Borderlands ($19.99 ERP) for free through March 31st. That’s not all however because starting with March 16th you can also grab the original Borderlands, a unique FPS/RPG that frankly needs no introduction.

Hand of Fate will be available for the Xbox One all monthfrom February 1-29.
