OK!’s OMG Moment: Britney Spears Slams Iggy Azalea After Being Blamed For
“I dont have to suck the womans a-hole 24/7 to be her friend, do i? bye girls”.
Azalea has kept her word and the singer/actress will be one of four friends helping the bride-to-be get extra Fancy on her big day.
Iggy Azalea clears up the “beef” between her and Britney Spears on Twitter.
“Cant wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to…” on Tuesday, a couple days after the reports started. “YouWantAPieceOfMe”, Spears tweeted.
Now, Iggy is denying that there’s any bad blood between her and Spears, and as usual, she’s blaming the media for attacking her because she’s white/female/terrible at rapping/whatever.
Iggy Azalea was “difficult” on the set of her “Pretty Girls” video with Britney Spears.
Now, Iggy’s saying that her tweets were simply misinterpreted; she just wished the single had been promoted more and that it had gotten enough traction to make an impact on the charts.
Azalea added: “I feel like the media wants women in music to get out and mud wrestle each other”.
Nick Young’s fiancée added, “No one is throwing “shade” or “shots” on either side of the table. The girl (Spears) is my friend and i support her 100%… i feel like the press just wants to see girls be overtly sexual to one another, and have no real opinion other than ‘i love it!'”.
Azalea made reference to Lohan’s movie, seeing similarity in how the whole event was being portrayed but said it was nothing like that.
The “Piece Of Me” hitmaker was also bossed about prior to their performance at the Billboard Music Awards in May, as the blonde beauty dictated which outfit she wore. Though the Australian rapper clearly seems disappointed that her “Pretty Girls” collaborator didn’t do more to promote the song, she insists that that doesn’t mean the two musicians are feuding.
