Jessica Adamson, a cook at Olive Garden, said she was “very proud and honored” to serve the firefighters. Because these men and women are more than just co-workers. Wives are home from work. These firefighters enjoyed the pat on the back.

The Dothan Police Department was treated to a free “create your own pasta bar” on Monday afternoon as a thank you to the local first responders. “It’s one of our core values of our restaurant”, said Missy Hart, general manager of Olive Garden.
As for the first responders, they say they’re grateful for the acknowledgement expressed by the restaurant chain. Over that time they’ve served 10,000 meals. “Giving back to them because they do it every day for us”.
