One dead, three injured after shooting at university in Arizona
The three others-identified as Nicholas Piring, Nicholas Prato, Kyle Zientek -remain hospitalized at Flagstaff Medical Center.

Representatives from the national organisation of the Delta Chi fraternity said its members were involved with the confrontation. Having the suspect in custody could be very helpful to police as they try to determine what happened moments before a student’s life was taken.
Northern Arizona University police and school officials did not immediately return the Daily News’ request for comment. A freshman student was killed, and three other male students were hurt. NAU police say he did not try to run.
“He stopped his action; everything calmed down as our officer arrived.”
Jones told investigators that several people approached him and two friends while they were outside a residence. A fight broke out and Jones was chased.

Another week, another fatal campus shooting. On Friday the city released a statement saying, “Our heartfelt sympathies are with his family and friends during this most hard time”.
“We had just left a party and were standing in the street getting ready to walk home when a guy walked up with a pistol and just started shooting”, said an eyewitness, who was not identified, told The Daily Sunday. “It was a bad, awful tragedy for the family”.
After a private meeting with families, Mr Obama said he had “strong feelings” about gun control, adding: “We are going to have to come together as a country to see how we can prevent these issues from taking place”.
Houston police said the incident “does not involve an active shooter”, but the university nonetheless placed the campus on lockdown and cancelled classes for the rest of the day. “A awful tragedy…. Our hearts are heavy”, she said at the Flagstaff campus where freshman Colin Brough was killed.
President Barack Obama is due in Oregon later on Friday to meet victims of another deadly college shooting.
In that shooting, 26-year-old Chris Harper-Mercer killed nine people before killing himself, according to police.
