One Direction Confirms Album Release Date
One Direction has done just the right thing by releasing “Infinity” with pre-order launch of their album.
The British group – Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson – also confirmed the release date for the record – November 13th.
“Infinity” was written by John Ryan, Jamie Scott, & Julian Bunetta, the team behind “Story Of My Life”.
Both One Direction and Little Mix found fame on The X Factor, with the boy band having gone on to enjoy global success, acquiring millions of fans who are known as “Directioners”.
It’s their first record since Zayn Malik’s exit in March.
Liam Payne told MTV how special “Made In The A.M.” is for them. And 1D is definitely one of the names being passed around to perform, others being Coldplay and Bruno Mars, according to Daily Star.
The announcements come ahead of the band headlining London’s famous Roundhouse venue for the iTunes music festival. This is a lot to process, so don’t feel bad if you need a few minutes to take it all in.
One Direction on Tuesday announced a new album for later this year, putting to rest speculation of an imminent breakup following the departure of Zayn Malik. And in 2002, N” Sync, very much like One Direction, went on a “temporary hiatus.’ Well, it’s been twelve years since then, and the hiatus has become a permanent break. Immediately after the band announced their fifth studio effort would be called “Made in the A.M”. “We’ve branched out and worked with different writers, and we’ve got some great songs!”
Member Niall Horan denied the rumors on Twitter last month, writing: “We are not splitting up, but we will be taking a well-earned break at some point next year”.
Throughout the set, the band’s patter was natural and amusing, although after hearing them thank the crowd for the hundredth time I began to wish I’d brought a glass of wine in with me.
