One Direction Performed ‘Drag Me Down’ For First Time Live

Zayn Malik may have signed with a new record label but he is keeping mum on what he’s working on or when he plans to release new music. Billboard gave cautious praise to 1D’s new single.

The track is the first release from the band’s now untitled fifth album, which One Direction have said is almost complete. The band are now in the middle of their fourth North American tour.

In less than an hour, the song already made it to number one on the iTunes chart.
