One Direction Welcomes New Member to the Band

The boys have been promoting their new album Made In The AM and they chose to stop by and chat on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Move over, Zayn Malik because One Direction is back to being a five member band…well sort of!

One Direction is making the rounds in the United States, so of course that means they had to swing by Jimmy Kimmel’s show! We are going to do something no band has ever done before, no band has ever had before. As the show progressed, Jimmy checked in on the potato’s Instagram account to see how many followers it had, and seemed surprised to find that it kept growing and growing. The new member was then presented to the group, who welcomed 1D the potato with open arms.

“That new member is this potato”. We bought it at Ralph’s. “It’s a very ordinary, a few might say humble, vegetable, but what this potato does not know is it is about to become the most famous potato in the world”, he announced.

Kimmel then went live to Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson backstage as they waited to meet “the potato”.

But the real damage has been done on Instagram, where the future french fry order has 109,000 followers.
