One Dover home invasion suspect arrested, one still sought

Delaware State Police say 23-year-old Matthew Harrington turned himself in to police in Buckingham Township, Pennsylvania Sunday night.
Police say they continue to search for another suspect in the home invasion that left two dead on the 1400 block on John Clark Road just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police have not released other details about the chase, circumstances involving Henwood’s presence or information about shooting among the closely spaced homes in Rodney Village. Three people were shot during the incident, a Philadelphia woman, and a Dover father and son, according to Police. During the chase, police said, shots were fired fatally injuring 18-year-old Haley Henwood of Philadelphia. She was pronounced dead later at Bayhealth Kent General in Dover.
Police say the 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The son, whose name has not been released, was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for his wounds and released.
“The second suspect is described as a white male approximately 5’09’ to 5’10” tall with a slim build wearing dark clothing with his face partially covered and armed with unknown type of handgun. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and was armed with an unknown type of handgun.
The suspects’ vehicle is described as a 4-door dark-colored SUV.
Both suspects face charges of first-degree murder and assault, six counts of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, two counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of conspiracy.
