OnePlus 2 Certified at TENAA, Pictures Confirm Physical Home Button
The OnePlus 2 will piggyback on the success of its predecessor which disrupted the entire market by offering high end specs at a reasonable price point.
The new leaked images come courtesy tipster KJuma, who posted other images of the OnePlus 2 previously.
However, we had no clue as to how the smartphone might look.
Well, adding to the abundance of reports, another report is coming through and this one reportedly comes with leaked images which are said to be of the front panel of the OnePlus 2.
The outline shows an oval button with rounded edges.
Chinese wireless regulator Tenaa has dropped the images showing off the One Plus 2 from all angles and proves there will be a fingerprint reader just below the screen.
OnePlus 2 has been hogging the limelight from quite a while and just recently the company had confirmed some of the OnePlus 2 hardware specifications.
OnePlus revealed that the OnePlus 2 has an advanced fingerprint sensor.
A second leaked image reveals the dimensions of the handset.
It will also pack a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with a 5-megapixel selfie camera in the front, but also a fingerprint scanner under the Home button. You’ll notice there’s a physical home button which could also work as a fingerprint scanner. Instead we appear to have an additional sensor, which could be an LG G4-like laser autofocus system. OnePlus will reveal the OnePlus 2 on July 27th at a special virtual reality launch event.
As for the specs, we’ve already heard whispers of a Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB of RAM, 13MP back camera, dual-SIMs and a 3,300mAh battery.
