OnePlus announces OnePlus 3T Colette Edition in Matte Black

OnePlus and Paris-based fashion boutique house colette have come up with a special all-black edition of OnePus 3T. The colette edition of the OnePlus 3T is a remarkable and painstakingly designed smartphone that brings the timeless class and unrivalled style of colette to OnePlus. The only difference is the stunning new matte black color.

Details of the phone being available in other countries have not been announced by the company. The device will be the OnePlus 3T Colette Edition, and it’ll be produced in an edition of 250 units.

The announcement of the limited Colette edition will be marking the 20th anniversary of the Colette. There is a possibility that the alleged blue variant could be exclusive to the 128GB storage model. Still, it’s quite unlikely you will be able to get your hands on this particular phone, since it will be sold only in Colette’s Paris store starting March 21. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not a new flagship smartphone, only a special edition of its existing OnePlus 3T handset. Anyone who arrives early to buy the phone will get an extra bonus – a free pair of OnePlus Bullets headphones.

Those lining up now for the release will be waiting until 11:00 am (GMT +1) March 21st.

Smartphone maker OnePlus has the habit of pulling the proverbial rabbit out of the hat, from time to time. OnePlus so far only has one a few of them on sale called “OnePlus Gear” and that too, just online. There is also a mark in the image: Colette, famous French design firm specializing in fashion and accessories.

Talking about the specifications, the OnePlus 3T features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Optic AMOLED display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
