Overzealous WWE fan arrested for hitting wrestler with briefcase
In a related report by the Inquisitr, the latest update on the WWE SummerSlam 2015 match card has gone out.
With the WWE having a house show in Victoria, British Columbia this past weekend, a wacky fan threw a replica Money in the Bank briefcase at Reigns during his bout against Bray Wyatt. According to Wrestling Inc, a reader named RWJC was witness to the attack on Roman Reigns.
The fan tossed a “Money In The Bank” briefcase – sold at WWE gift shops on location and made of metal – at the back of Roman’s head, leaving the powerhouse dazed and confused. “An altercation ensued in which the ref had to leave the ring and run to the aid of security”.
The incident happened as Reigns was getting ready to work a main event match against Bray Wyatt.

Here is the aftermath for Roman Reigns. Scan BC on Twitter reported that Victoria Police responded to a call about someone who “assaulted a WWE wrestler”.
The fan was immediately apprehended and thrown out of the venue.
CTVNews.ca confirms that the fan was arrested but the charges were later dropped after he issued an apology. The fan at the WWE event last night didn’t jump the barricade and just threw a heavy, and expensive. object at Reigns.
