Packers finally shake off Seahawks with 27-17 win

Green Bay Packers’ Ha Ha Clinton-Dix (21) celebrates with Jayrone… Many expect the Seattle Seahawks star to further show off during the game that will see him face National Football League vet Aaron Rodgers in the field. So when the Green Bay Packers defeated Seattle this Sunday, Rodgers made a comment that seems to poke fun at Wilson.

In the end of the game, the Green Bay Packers did what they could, and it worked. Wilson had credited God as the reason the Seahawks defeated the Packers in their NFC Championship Game matchup eight months ago.

The Goats: The Seahawks had a tough time establishing anything on the ground against that Packers front.

“I know what they said and all that, but I’m just disappointed in that because we’re going to compete for that ball, and we did”, Carroll said. An interception in the 4th, and a forced fumble to seal the deal.

The Seahawks were 16-0 down at the half back in January but stormed back to win 28-22 in overtime. Five of those teams – Arizona (1998), Buffalo (1998), New England (1996), Detroit (1995), Houston (1990) – lost their first two games on the road and were able to rally and make the playoffs.

Next up for the Packers, a home game against the Kansas City Chiefs, next Monday night at Lambeau Field.
