Padma Lakshmi Follows Tight Diet and Exercise Schedule So As To Look Thin and Beautiful
She is known to be a health freak. She is known to flaunt her ‘Instagram’ account with her hard working workouts! Yes Padma Lakshmi is in news as she finally stepped out in New York and all fans could clearly see results of her grueling exercise schedule.
The celeb was seen wearing blue colored noodle strap top paired with black colored leggings. The attire made her toned figure highlighted. She was going to, needless to mention, gym! Along with attractive figure, what exercise must have made her to thrive the cold as she only wore a jacket with zip open on the minimalistic top! Padma Lakshmi pulled her dark locks and wore pink colored shoes.
The Top Chef anchor disclosed what the show is doing on her figure. According to her statement to Us Weekly, she goes two sizes above as she has to eat on the cooking show. She further said, “Love food way too much to starve myself just to look good. I will put in the work at the gym so I can enjoy what I eat.”
The star is so conscious about her lean figure that after each season of the culinary show, she follows strict diet. According to the health freak star she goes on a ‘Clean diet’. She eats no sweets, no cheese, no fried stuff, no wheat, no alcohol, and no meat too! She goes back to her exercise routine so as to regain her figure back! Her exercise routine is like, “working out ‘five days a week, boxing three days, lifting weights the other two,” in her own words!
But even we discussed lot about her exercise schedule; Padma Lakshmi has different experience with looking skinny and getting attention. She said, “Men don’t want skinny girls. When I was a size 14, I got much more attention from men than I do now.”
