Palestinian killed by Israeli police

Israel has said the unrest stems from incitement by Palestinian leaders.
Friday’s attacks were the latest in the recent surge in violence that broke out in September after Israel imposed restrictions on worshipers at Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. For the Israelis, that means holding off on settlement construction. “The global community therefore should play a role in helping to establish an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital”.
