Palestinians stab Israelis in West Bank store, then are shot
The Israeli military said two Palestinian teenagers fatally stabbed Tuvya Weisman and wounded another at a supermarket Thursday. During that time some 163 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire, the majority said by Israel to be attackers.
The Palestinians on Thursday welcomed an initiative put forward by France to hold an worldwide Middle East peace conference, a proposal which Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed. He was identified as Mohammad Abu Khalaf, 20, from Kufur Akab, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Following the attack, Israeli army forces closed the main road that links between the city of Ramallah and several villages around, according to Palestinian security forces, which added that the closure of the road caused heavy traffic jam.
Palestinian attackers have carried out numerous assaults at the gateway over the past 5 months, prompting Israel to significantly beef up security there in response.
