In a flawless world, Hayley is just a book deal away from publishing the novel that will change her life and make her a household name – preferably along the lines of J. K. Rowling or Veronica Roth and not Stephanie Meyer or E. L. James. It’s World War II and Peter (12-year-old Levi Miller) is still living in the orphanage run by an evil, obese, junk-food-hoarding nun who, naturally, hates him.
