Six people were removed from a Southwest Airlines plane at Midway Airport Wednesday morning after they “refused to follow crew members’ instructions”, NBC reports. “Nobody knows what’s going on”, Moran said.
Reuters said the passengers were removed after another traveller believed a woman was watching an Isis video.
‘She told the flight crew, which was most likely a flight attendant, and they spoke to the captain and the captain made the choice to go back to the terminal’.
Sgt. Jonathan Green, a spokesman for the Maryland Transportation Authority, said no criminal activity or violations of any kind were found to have been committed and the four were released, although they missed their flight to Chicago.
He described the four as a husband, wife and relative traveling together and a third man who was sitting near them.
