Patriots’ Garoppolo excited for opportunity vs. Cardinals

A lot of the older quarterbacks fall off a cliff at 39-years-old, but majority are battling serious injuries. Hopefully Edelman won’t miss time- or if he does, it occurs later in the season. Keenan Allen will also be returning from a lacerated kidney injury that kept him out for the last 8 games last season.

It started with physical stature – Garoppolo is 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, while Romo is 6-foot-2, 230.

He doesn’t often – actually, never – explain how he decides, or why he thinks one choice is better than another, and so the results have to speak for themselves.
