Peter Andre and his new Somerset wife enjoy romantic getaway to Venice

Although if you bring us back some willy-shaped pasta, Peter, then we might just forgive you for being on such a lovely holiday.

Peter Andre might have had to put his honeymoon on hold after his wedding last month but he’s totally found a way to make up for it.

Just in time to celebrate Emily’s 26th birthday, new husband Pete, 42, flew the mum-of-one to romantic Venice for a relaxing break (minus their growing brood).

The Andres’ sweet vacation photos went down well with Pete’s fans who were very excited to see that the busy couple had managed to get away.

The pair shared a number of romantic shots from Venice this weekend – which coincided with Emily’s birthday. The daddy-of-three admitted to fans in that he & Emily had succumbed to all of the tourist attractions in that Venice has to supply, the newlyweds indulging in an well-known gondola experience up the Grand Canal.The Mysterious Girl singer additionally shared a collage of pictures of them while against the watery backdrop within the idyllic Italian city.

It came days after their July 11 nuptials, and was part of a reported legal battle with ITV2 and his former TV producer Neville Hendricks.

He and Ems were only able to squeeze in a quick mini-moon, spending a few nights on a yacht in the Greek Islands, before he had to return to the UK.

Peter whisked Emily away for her 26th birthday, and made sure his new wife felt special.

The couple’s one-year old daughter Amelia joined in the celebrations, as did Pete’s elder children, Junior, 10, and eight-year-old Princess, from his previous marriage to Katie Price.
