Peyton Manning welcomes National Football League investigation into HGH allegations
The NFL says it is conducting a comprehensive review of allegations that Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning had human growth hormone delivered to his house. He’s still going to have to deal with it. Again, to me, if I’m the Denver Broncos, I would have put Brock Osweiler in.
“I’m an African-American quarterback that may scare a lot of people because they haven’t seen nothing that they can compare me to”, Newton said.
But while Peyton’s legacy is a natural talking point ahead of what is expected to be the final game of his career, Eli said his older brother’s impact on the game has already been made.
Super Bowl 50 is on Sunday, Feb. 7 on CBS. I know, I’m a Bucs fan, we’re supposed to hate the Panthers, right? “One player can’t control the outcome of a whole season or a certain game”.
He joked, “I don’t know if it’s been confirmed or not, you know?”
“Kind of coming back as a back-up, he’s never done that before. So, it sure has been a pleasure”.
“We don’t really care if this is his last game”, Panthers fullback Mike Tolbert told The Charlotte Observer. Manning asked. “I guess they just don’t exist anymore”.
Luke Kuechly +1800: Keuchly could be one game-saving interception or forced fumble away from the MVP at the linebacker position; similar to Malcolm Smith in Super Bowl XLVIII.
However, if the National Football League were to find that there’s any legitimacy to the HGH allegations, Manning’s legacy would certainly take a hit regardless of what happens against the Panthers in Super Bowl 50. Two years ago, the Broncos were drubbed by the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII in MetLife Stadium. The late-season surge ended with a Pro Bowl invite.
One of his responsibilities was to help fill the rosters, which were revealed Wednesday night.
“I told Odell, ‘Hey, I know you’re captain, don’t feel any pressure to draft me”. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
This season he’s torn down banners, thrown 12th Man flags, danced in the end zone, continued taking pictures on the sideline during most of Carolina’s 17 wins and more that’s caused him to be endeared by many and loathed by others. “It’s nothing personal. My mind-set and my focus is on this game and doing whatever I can do”.
