The recent image of Christina Ricci dressed up as Morticia Addams is doing the rounds presently. Tumblr user thecreaturesenchantment created the image from a promotional photo of Huston as the spooky character, altered the dress, and put Ricci’s face on it.

Ricci returned as Wednesday once before in 1993’s Addams Family Values, so who’s to say she couldn’t reprise her role again in another sequel – or take up as the Addams Family matriarch?  But to everyone out there losing their minds over seeing Wednesday follow in her mother’s effortlessly gliding footsteps, know that the image is a fake.

A sexy photo of Christina Ricci dressed as Morticia Addams surfaced on the Internet earlier today and fans went crazy. Even though the photo is fake, it gave people a good glimpse at what an “Addams Family” reboot could look like, and now everybody wants to see Ricci actually dressed like Morticia!

Despite the revelation, it didn’t stop many from sounding off on the one-of-a-kind image.
